A dumpster and recycling bins are located in the visitor parking area. Other things to note If you love trains YOU'RE IN LUCK! The train runs along the coast, right outside our condo complex. The schedules change but trains run all the time. The Oceanside Transit Center is only a short distance away and all trains stop in Oceanside - either Amtrak, Coaster, Sprinter, MetroLink but not freight trains. They stopped blowing their horns in late 2019. They only blow their horns now if they see somebody on the tracks. Most of our guests say they get used to after the first day, but it may be something to consider. AC is provided in this unit with an additional charge for extended use. We do get a few weeks of hot weather in late July- August. Most days we have a nice ocean breeze. There are windows in every room which allows the breeze to flow through. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is central heat (we normally use November through February).
